Career Guidance Campaign 2012-13 Diary

WORK DIARY MAY 2012

08/04/2012-Published a post in the blog about the ONLINE APTITUDE TEST by SIET.

09/04/2012- Called the volunteer leaders ( first year ) on phone and planned the campaign.-they would inform the group leaders about the plan ; 20 partcipants from every group

Deposited Rs.125/-  each for my wards AHLADR (9 STD ) and ANAND R(10 STD ) in the SIET BANK ACCOUNT and sent the details in an email to SIET.

10/04/2012  -Received the username and password for both the boys  via  the emails from SIET

13/04/2012 AN -Anand and Ahlad attended the online test using the internet facility at home.Each took 90 minutes ..I was observing.The questions were available  in Malayalam (2 options available English or Malayalam).There were 3 levels in the test - Interest Test (168qns-No time restrictions ),Aptitude Test(6 sections about 20 qns each,time restriction-should be answered in 5 minutes.),Personality Test (128qns-No time restrictions).There were a few model questions in each section and provision for practising them.The whole process seemed highly useful for Career Orientation.We are now waiting for the results which will be available in within the next 3 working days.

10/04/2012-14/04/2012-Informed The Dt.Coordinator of NSS (DHSE );the Principal, Augustian Master, Baiju Sir, Lathabai Teacher, P T Joseph Master, C J Mathew Sir (PTA PRESIDENT ), NSS volunteers like Jaison Joseph.Princy George ,

Hemanth Raveendran ,Rajith about the campaign.

Everyone supports and approves the campaign.

Plans a meeting of the students of 10-12 std  at 11 AM ,TUESDAY ,17/04/2012 at GHSS KAMBALLUR to give necessary  instructions .

14/04/2012 7.30 pm-The reports of Anand and Ahlad  have just been arrived (PDF ).We find them really useful.

3 POSSIBLE CAREER AREAS AND THE OPTIONAL GROUPS POSSIBLE FOR PLUS ONE CLEARLY MENTIONED WITH SUPPORTED DATA.
