Hello. This is a wonderful post which offers a great solution to the current problem of domestic waste disposal in Kerala. The most interesting part of this article is the photos added to the post which explains to the world how simple all this process is. 
Only a suggestion is - to give a quantitative measurements like how much grams/ kilos of waste is appropriate to add in a day and how much of decomposing agents (like cow dung mixture/ ‘Sarkara’ water etc.) need to be used in a day. Whether it will produce foul smell or what need to be done in that case etc. how to check if the decomposing is happening properly. 
Also some testimonies from the people who have done it practically would be adding the confidence in people to go for it; I feel your ultimate aim is to make the people to use it rather than simply a write up on an issue for publicity.
