The camp was successfully conducted today ,on the republic day 26/01/2012 in which about forty (40 ) persons donated blood.The programme was inaugurated by James Pandammackel , the President of East Eleri Panchayath in a function chaired by Smt.Marikkutty James,the vice president.Mr.Thomas Mathew Master President of the Jayakerala Arts and sports club , Kadumeni welcomed the gathering which began with the rendering of NSS GEETHAM.Mr.Vinodkumar,the programme coordinator of the programme of hindustan latex promotion council explained the necessity and process of blood donation.Mr.Varkey Manappattil, Mr.Augustine Joseph A ( Senior teacher , GHSS Kamballur ) ; Radhakrishnan C K ( Programme Officer , NSS Unit ) spoke on the occasion.Rahul.K,Volunteer Captain extended a vote of thanks.NSS voluntees were instrumental in conducting the programme.
