The programme SOCCER VISION 2020 was inaugurated on 23/08/2013 by Honourable President of East Eleri Panchayath,MR.James Pandammakkal in a colourful function chaired by the Hon.member of Block Panchayth ;Smt.Mini Cheriyan.NSS volunteeers played a pivotal role in all the arrangements for the public function.THE EMBLEM OF THE PROGRAMME WAS RELEASED IN THE FUNCTION.
